At Seasons Restaurant, we are an advocate for local, seasonal and organic food providers. Our partnerships with the Eastern Carolina Organics (ECO), Firsthand Foods and Locals Seafood helped our culinary team incorporate a unique biweekly, local, seasonal, and organic menu in our dinner offerings.
The owners, management and Chef Tayouga and his team have combined their efforts, commitment and talents to develop and create a special and unique connection between Seasons Restaurant, the local farmers/food artisans, and our guests.
As with most farm to table restaurants, our dishes will change based on local supply in an effort to provide guests with the freshest options. See below for a sample of our offerings:
- Ground Beef Carolina Sliders from Nash Country Pasture-Raised Beef, infused with Moroccan Seasoning. Served in Buttermilk Biscuit and Murasaki (Sweet Potato) Fries. ($8.50)
- North Carolina Shrimp and Stone Ground Grits (Old Mill of Guilford) infused with Gaujillo Chili Cliantro Mushrooms, Baby Spinach, and Ashe County "Hoop" Cheese. ($16.50)
- Roasted, boneless skin-on breast from Joy Farms served with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Collard Greens. ($15.25)
